All aspects of hollow bar installation will be taught including the TEI Method for installation, grouting principles, an overview of micro piles and soil nail design, and step-by-step instructions on how to properly test a hollow bar micro pile. Case studies from geotechnical contractors will be emphasized. Instructors also cover the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of each piece of equipment.
Participants may arrive June 3rd for a TEI Welcome reception in the evening. With a three nights’ stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites (check in June 3rd – check out June 6th), three catered meals a day are included; attendees will participate in 16 hours of training by highly regarded professionals with a ratio of one instructor per every two students. Transportation between the hotel and the TEI facility will be provided. Certificate of completion will be presented at the end of the training. PPE will be provided or you’re welcome to bring your own. Transportation from/to (MTJ) Montrose airport (2100 Airport Rd. Montrose, CO. 81401) is available, transportation from/to all other airports is up to the attendee to acquire.
Please Note: Travel/Flight arrangements to Montrose, Colorado and back to Your Destination/Home, for this event are for the attendee to acquire, once in Montrose, TEI has vans to transport attendees to and from hotel/TEI Facility for the Hollow Bar Installation School Course.
