HYDRAULIC CASING HANDLERs

The HCC10X Hydraulic Casing Handler is a TEI Rock Drill attachment for excavators, designed to ensure safe handling of drill pipe and casing in field applications. It attaches easily to most 8-ton and larger excavators. With the ability to grasp and position ‘5-10’ length of pipe and casing, it allows for accurate and concentric placement over the drill rig.

The HCC16X is designed to help contrac- tors work quickly, safely, and efficiently on the jobsite. The unique claws help the oper-ator to clamp onto various sized pipe with-out racks, or the safety hazard of having a helper in the work zone.

A true attachment, the HCC16X does not modify the excavator in any way. It uses auxiliary hydraulics of the excavator. The HCC16X picks up casing and drill pipe simultaneously, keeping them concentric. with two 360-degree positioners allow the operator to work in both vertical and hori- zontal planes. A programmed controller is used for smooth operation under loads.
